Own venture. Sourcing of B2B contacts, a self-hosted Twenty CRM as the system of record, AI-drafted replies that wait in a Mailroom queue until a human approves them, and a batch sender with an HMAC-chained ledger so nothing sends twice or without approval. Python pipeline, Docker on a Hetzner VPS behind Caddy, about 1,550 tests.

ĒTHA Dosha Quiz (MOBILE ONLY)

Fast Track Ltd, developed with Emami. A 40-question branching quiz scored by AI into a dosha composition, a Dosha Card and a 23-page report by email. I designed it and built the front end in React 19, TypeScript and Tailwind on 14 reusable components. Live with real users since May 2026.

UX and the design system of a B2B IoT platform for smart street lighting, used by 75% of Bulgarian municipalities; a Windows 11 app for flashing devices; ShellRaven, a QA app for multi-device test runs.
Stone Center Group ERP and design system
2024-2025
One consolidated design system for the EP System ERP (role-based access, invoicing with shipment tracking, inventory dashboards, AI summaries), an Android TV production-floor display and the Central Auth Hub single sign-on.
Opticcom customer app
2024
A customer mobile app for an internet provider: bill and scheduled payments across several households, add-ons, FAQ and ticketing. Delivered as a dev-ready Figma file.

A B2B portal for COSCO Shipping's agent in Bulgaria, designed as a standalone UI system in Figma: a blue design system with focus, disabled and error states, container and TEU tracking, document upload, invoices, Bulgarian and English.

Fast Track Ltd. Service health, deployments, Sentry and uptime next to GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Shopify, with an executive board. Front end in React and Vite on shadcn/ui; backend FastAPI serverless on Vercel, built with AI-assisted development.
ĒTHA shop, academy and ritual pages

Custom Liquid sections for the Shopify shop (scroll-video scrubbing, headless QA scripts), custom front-end code on the LearnWorlds academy, three hand-written scroll-driven ritual landers, email templates in Klaviyo and Resend. One type system (Plantin and Brandon Grotesque) across all of it.
"Lions" book: landing page, CMS and shop

Full stack for a Bulgarian book launch. Landing page in Astro 7 and Tailwind 4 with a 3D book, copy edited by the team through Pages CMS. Shop and checkout on Payload CMS 3 with its e-commerce plugin on Next.js: Stripe cards and cash on delivery, three courier integrations, order management and an admin. I also designed the print cover.

A small internal bug portal (plain HTML and JS on Vercel Functions, Neon, Blob storage) plus the Playwright end-to-end suite and the QA agent skills that run against the deployed quiz.
